In superzentraler Lage in Frankfurt am Main, zwischen Messe und Hauptbahnhof wird dieses komplett möblierte und eingerichtete Einzimmer-Apartment im 2. Stock einer gut gemanagten Wohnanlage ab dem (hidden phone number) langfristig frei. Das ca. 30m2 große Ein-Zimmer-Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken und eine (neu renovierte) offene Küche, die vollständig eingerichtet ist. Die Wohnung hat ein Doppelbett (140*200cm) und zusätzlich 1 ausziehbares Schlaf-Sofa für eine eventuelle 3. Person, ist aber optimal mit 1-2 Personen belegbar. Desweiteren gibt es noch einen Sofatisch, ein Buffet mit Smart-TV (WLan & Satellitenanschluss mit hunderten von TV-Programmen, viele davon auch in Englisch), einen Kleiderschrank, einen größeren Ess-/Arbeitstisch und die komplett eingerichtete, offene Küche mit 2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine, Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Ferner stehen im Keller Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Mieter kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Ebenso ist die Nutzung des schnellen Internetzugangs mit WLan bis 50.000 MBit/s preislich inklusive. Bei Bezug mit einer Person ist die Bruttomiete für einen Monat 1200€ inklusive der alles umfassenden, pauschal abgerechneten Betriebskosten. Bei Bezug mit mehr als einer Person wird ein Aufpreis von 100€ pro Person/Monat berechnet. Bei Auszug fallen noch Endreinigungskosten in Höhe von 167€ an. Bei einem Bezug innerhalb des Monats werden die Monatsmietkosten anteilig berechnet. Optional kann noch ein 14tägiger Reinigungsservice mit Bettzeugwechsel hinzugebucht werden (+119€/Monat). Bei Belegung mit mehr als einer Person kommt ein Betriebskostenzuschlag in Höhe von 100€ pro Monat pro Person hinzu. Am Ende der Mietzeit kommt eine Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 167€ hinzu...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
